San Andrea Fault

Went hiking in Weirdoworld of Palm Springs,  odd town, but this was cool. Major hike in desert to get to this.. San Andrea Fault.. interestingly enough Tim and I didn't see anyone there....odd.  Until we got home and found out there had been a 5.2 tremor there that morning..  but whatever... here is the fault.. its a big one.. more like San Andreas Cliff.

Yes, this is my 12 year old thinking really that he might rival Andretti on an ATV.  Part of my Palm Springs Weird City posting to take place, here is a preview of what people think is normal.  This an baking to a comfortable 300 degrees and rotating every 12 minutes until their skin falls off in chunks.  The whole place is the Bizarreoworld.  Including the fact that sprinklers are timed to turn on when there is movement on the lawn.  The birds then go to your car and destroy the roof of your car because they aren't allowed on the lawn... need I say more.

For whatever reason, I've been running into slight issues around setting this puppy up.  I had one going about an hour ago and then crashorama... it disappeared, away we go again. 

So this will be THE BLOGORAMA.  Loosey goosey like, no cross dumping... except on Natalie... and Tara... and Geri, OK and Jodi... but not Sharon.  Its BENICETOSHARONMONTH.  A national holiday season with chocolate eggs.

I'll do a post about Palm Springs next.  The whole town is trapped in 1951.. even the crappy stuff in 1951.  Could have been 1972.. like Tofino.
