Staffing Stuff

Joan sent out an email last week bringing everyone up to speed on her condition.  Best we can all do is remain in a super positive mindset for Joan.. half the battle.  We will temporarily hire someone while Joan is away, anticipating her return hopefully within a couple of months. When I spoke with Joan she was in an excellent mindset looking at surgery this week.... no negative thoughts there at all.  It is jarring for everyone when one as super as Joan has to deal with such a serious issue... but we must be there for her.  Anyone getting some flowers together or something equally similar?  Tara?
